The Bouncing Souls Perform at The Waiting Room

Last month we hit up The Waiting Room in Buffalo once again, this time to check out The Bouncing Souls. This was the band's first return to the Western New York area since releasing their latest album 'Simplicity' last summer. Needless to say, the house was filled with long-time Souls fans of all ages. Although the set-list was filled with a few new tracks, fans treated them the same as their old school classics, singing along and not missing a beat. A highlight of the night came mid-set when the power to the stage went out, during "Lean On Sheena", cutting out the monitors. Instead of stopping the song, the crowd took over in a joyous sing-along to finish it out. The punk veterans were joined by Off With Their Heads, and Masked Intruder, who seemed to draw a strong fan-base of their own as well.
