Slayer to Embark on Final World Tour
The news came early this week that Slayer was about to announce what is being heralded as their "Final Tour." The news began Monday with a cryptic video alluding to such a tour, with dates following along shortly after. After a 35 year career, Slayer has consistently been one of the most brutal and intense of the "Big 4" thrash bands to rise out of the 80's. As it turns out, the first leg of this tour will also feature another of the Big 4, with Anthrax along for the ride, in addition to Lamb of God, Behemoth and Testament. Having only announed the first leg, this is sure to be a tour to put at the top of your list this spring/summer.
