Orgy Announces 'Revival Tour' Dates

While COVID cases seem to be receding from our holiday highs at the start of the year, the spring tour announces are popping up left and right. Today's is one I've been waiting years for!

Back in the fall of 1998, Orgy first graced my TV screen via MTV2 with their breakout hit, a cover of New Order's "Blue Monday." I immediately went out and grabbed the CD. At the time, I was a freshman in college and this sound was a welcome addition to the soundtrack of a 1st year college student. Later that year, as luck would have it, Orgy performed on campus as part of our annual Spring-Fest lineup, along with Run DMC and Sugar Ray. Pretty eclectic if you ask me, but I loved every damn minute of it!

Fast forward another 15 years or so and Jay Gordon began to put Orgy back together with an exceptional EP of new music titled 'Talk Sick,' which featured roughly 26 minutes of absolutely killer tunes including the title track and "Wide Awake and Dead." Still, the drought of live performances continued as Orgy performed a few dates here and there.

Out of nowhere, today is the day they dropped an extensive tour itinerary including 28 dates, running from March 19th through April 24th. I'm telling you right now, we'll be making every attempt to cover that March 30th date here in Buffalo, NY when they perform at Buffalo Iron Works, which also features direct support from September Mourning.

While the bands website hasn't yet updated with ticket or on-sale information, we'll be sure to keep you updated as we find out more!
